Dawn Weathers is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, CDC Certified Lifestyle Coach, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Life Coach with over three decades of experience guiding individuals on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Her extensive background in developing structured weight loss programs, coupled with a coaching and therapy background, positions her as an invaluable resource for those looking to make meaningful changes to their eating and exercise habits. Dawn’s approach is rooted in the conviction that small, sustainable adjustments lead to significant and lasting results.
Connected to her students through a shared goal of wellness, Dawn infuses her "Weight Loss Basics'" course with both evidence-based strategies and an infectious enthusiasm for the transformative power of self-care. A wellness coach helps improve health and well-being by empowering you to making lifestyle changes. I can help with a variety of goals, including weight loss, stress reduction, and better sleep.

Most students have questions, want specific answers and need support along their journey. The weekly group Zoom calls bring common issues to the surface and help students push through obstacles and sticking points on this life-changing journey.
